近年の震災アーカイブの変遷と今後の自然災害アーカイブのあり方について

Translated description

2011年東日本大震災以降，自治体や教育機関，図書館，民間団体などで数多くの震災アーカイブの構築されてきた．また，2016年熊本地震においても熊本県が震災アーカイブの構築された．今後，様々な自然災害の教訓を残すべく自然災害のアーカイブの構築がなされていくのは必然である．しかしながら，災害アーカイブの歴史は短く，震災アーカイブの総務省ガイドラインや岩手県ガイドラインがあるものの，収集する記録の種類や構築ルール，利活用方法などが確立していないのが現状である．そこで，本報告では，近年の震災アーカイブの変遷と特徴をまとめるとともに，自然災害アーカイブのあり方についてまとめる．
