This presentation is based on the presenter’s article in press about the issues on “digital public documents”. The topics include: government open data, agile governance, memorial and commemoration as public and private matters, and so forth. In addition, this presentation introduces several programs and projects about digital public documents and digital archives in Okinawa area.

デジタル公共文書をめぐる論点

本発表は、デジタルアーカイブ・ベーシック第2期での一巻として刊行予定の『デジタル公共文書という問題提起』（仮題、勉誠出版）に寄稿する拙稿「総論　「デジタル公共文書」をめぐって：いくつかの論点」をもとに、「デジタル公共文書」の概念のもとで想定され得る論点を提示した。具体的には、官の側でのオープンデータや「アジャイル・ガバナンス」をめぐる事項、および、官・民・個人をまたぐ追悼・祈念のための記録とアーカイブをめぐる事項を中心に論じた。あわせて、沖縄におけるデジタル公共文書およびデジタルアーカイブに関する取り組みについても紹介した。
