我が国における地方紙のデジタル化と活用の促進に向けた課題抽出：法制度的・倫理的、社会的、技術的、経済的・制度的な課題について

Translated description

紙でのみ発行されていた過去の新聞記事のデジタル化とその活用策を検討することを目的に、2017年に地方紙デジタル化の状況を把握するためのアンケート調査を行なった。本発表では、上記の調査結果から浮き彫りになった課題・問題点を、(1)法制度的・倫理的、(2)社会的、(3)技術的、(4)経済的・制度的課題の４項目に整理し、各項目について、過去及び現在のデジタル化記事を今後活用していくための課題抽出を行なった。
