The electron microscopic images were observed by scanning electron microscopy using array tomography. The sections for serial electron microscopic images were cut with 25 nm thickness. The MEFs expressed EGFP-LC3 and LAMP1-Halotag and starved for 30 minutes of serum and amino acid.
