Genome heterozygosity estimate by GenomeScope server

<p>Genome heterozygosity estimate by GenomeScope server. Since GenomeScope server is based on short read sequencing, we used shorter k-mer = 17 to accommodate higher error rate of nanopore raw reads. Due to this error rate, genome size estimate would not be accurate, and calculated heterozygosity as well as the error rate may appear higher than the actual rates..</p>
