Conidia of Aciculosporium take isolated from stromata on flower buds of Henon bamboo.

 A: Conidia on stromata. These conidia are needle-shaped, and the swollen cells at both ends are well stained with lactophenol cotton blue. 

B: Conidia in culture. These cultured conidia have branched appendages.
