A phylogenetic tree from the Bayesian analysis based on the sequences of rpb1 of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi obtained from four sporocarpic specimens along with <i>Epigeocarpum crypticum</i> and <i>E. japonicum</i>.

<p>The Bayesian posterior probabilities ≥ 0.60 and ML bootstrap values ≥ 50% are shown at the branches. CE1408, CE1506, CE1509 and CE1709 were collected sporocarpic specimens. Kamienskia bistrata was used as an out group.</p>
