High-resolution phase-contrast and fluorescent images for the dynamic behaviors of various organelles within living cells

The “Figures” folder comprises high-resolution phase-contrast and fluorescent images of various organelles at each image processing step. The “Analyzed_Images_and_Results” folder contains analyzed results and images for quantifying the number of dark puncta within nuclei in Japanese encephalitis virus-infected and uninfected cells. Additionally, the “Uncompressed_Videos” folder contains uncompressed videos illustrating the dynamic behaviors of organelles in the high-resolution phase-contrast and fluorescent images.
