The mass spectrum and product-ion spectrum of 8a-hydroperoxy tocopherone in negative ion mode

The mass spectrum and product-ion spectrum of 8a-hydroperoxy tocopherone (α-TOOH) were obtained in negative ion mode. These spectra resulted from the incubation of α-tocopherol with rose bengal under high-power light-emitting diode (LED) illumination. α-TOOH eluted at a retention time of 65.4 seconds on ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) coupled with a quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer (QTOF). The product ion spectrum was acquired using m/z 461.3636 ([M-H]-) as the precursor ion.
