These files are used for Intercomparison of cloud properties in DYAMOND simulations over the Atlantic Ocean (Roh et al. 2021)
We uploaded an sample data related Figs. 3, 4, and 5. These are netcdf files (*.nc).
The netcdf files are the mixing ratio data of cloud water (QC) and cloud ice (QI) among seven models (FV3, GEOS, ICON, IFS, MPAS, NICAM, and SAM) for a single day (15th Aug. 2016) over the analysis domain.
The paper analyzed data for 10 days, but we introduced a single-day data in JSTAGE because of the storage issue.
The domain averaged vertical distributions of cloud water and cloud ice for a single day are similar to them for 10 days.
There are two tar files like Low_resolution and Figure_10.
The Low_resolution directory has QC and QI data with coarse resolutions among ICON, IFS, and NICAM for a single day (15th Aug. 2016).
ICON5, ICON10: ICON with 5 km and 10 km resolution
IFS9: IFS with 9 km resolution
NICAM7: NICAM with 7 km resolution
Two files in Figure_10 are used to draw Figure 10 in the draft.
The observed and simulated 11 micrometer brightness temperature from satellites and NICAM.
The observation: merg_2016081100_4km-pixel.nc4
The NICAM: nicam_2016-08-11_00_00_00.MODIS.nc
The 11 micrometer brightness temperature of NICAM is calculated by Joint-simulator (https://www.sapc.jaxa.jp/use/rd/joint-simulator/).
