Raw images and datasets acquired to develop the optogenetic tool for controlling p53 signaling pathway
The data set can be classified into five principal categories.
・The raw image data obtained by time-lapse imaging (TIF format).
・The tracking data by LIMTracker, a ImageJ/Fiji tracking plugin (LIMPJ format).
・Quantified data of fluorescence intensity of each cell track (CSV format).
・The raw images of the western blotting experiment (TIF format, Figure S1C).
・The raw image data and segmented image data by StarDist, a ImageJ/Fiji segmentation plugin (TIF format, Figure S2B, C)
Each folder corresponds to each figure in Related Materials 1. Details of the data in each folder are described in a text file named Memo.txt.
LIMTracker is a cell tracking software with simple operation and high versatility.
You can preview the tracked data by launching LIMTracker on ImageJ/Fiji and opening the .lmpj file.
LIMTracker is available from the following website (https://github.com/LIMT34/LIM-Tracker).
