Mass spectrometry spectral data obtained using ELDI (electrospray laser desorption/ionization) to analyze caffeine

<p> </p> <p>Mass spectrometry spectral data were obtained using ELDI (electrospray laser desorption/ionization) to analyze caffeine. Three experimental conditions were compared: without electrospray, with electrospray, and with electrospray combined with laser irradiation. Unlike conventional ELDI, in the laser-irradiated condition, the sample was carried by a nitrogen gas.</p>
