List of nucleotide sequences used in the analysis of the phylogenetic position of collected eggs among Japanese Pseudogobio species. In addition to a single sequence obtained in this study from 16 eggs, four sequences of Pseudogobio agathonectris, 30 sequences of Pseudogobio esocinus, and nine sequences of Pseudogobio polysticus were used with a single sequence of Biwia zezera as an outgroup.
