Data files for implementing Space-Time Image Velocimetry (STIV) at the Shimada and Jinshin Bridges
The dataset consists of original files for Space-Time Image Velocimetry (STIV) as described in the corresponding paper. The data is compiled as a zip archive file. You will find two folders, “Shimada Br” and “Jinshin Br”, at the root folder of the zip file. The folders contain datasets for the Shimada Bridge and the Jinsjin Bridge, respectively. Each data file name begins with the bridge name. Descriptions of data files are as follows:
1) camera parameters.xml: Indicates camera parameters for performing geo rectification.
- The first line describes the title of the data
- The second line is the focal length.
- Lines 3 to 5 are camera position coordinates in meters.
- Lines 6 to 8 show the camera angle in order of roll, pitch, and yaw. Unit: radian.
- The 9th and 10th lines are the lens principal point positions. Unit: pixel.
- The 11th line and below are output data from the calculation software and are not particularly necessary for calculation.
2) cross sectional data.csv: Cross sectional coordinate data.
- The first column name shows the transect coordinate and the second column shows the elevation coordinate. Unit: (m).
3) GRP.csv: Coordinates of Ground Control Points .
- The first line shows the label for each column.
- 1st column: The name of the control point.
- 2nd to 4th column: the actual coordinates of the control point. Unit: (m).
- 5th to 6th columns: the screen coordinates of the control point. Unit: (pixel).
- Columns 7 to 14: Calculation results of errors in geometric correction. Unit: (m).
4) searching line coordinates.csv: Coordinate data of search line.
- 1st column: Search line number.
- 2nd to 3rd columns: Coordinates of the start point of the search line. Unit: (m).
- 4th to 5th columns: Coordinates of the end point of the search line. Unit: (m).
5) 20xxxxxxxxx water level.csv: Water level of the flood. Unit: (m).
6) 20xxxxxxxxx.avi: Video file used for analysis.
