This data provides python source codes of optimization program for  simultaneous modeling of in vivo and in vitro effects of Nondepolarizing  Neuromuscular Blocking Drugs (NDNBs) and numerical data of the  optimization results of parameter estimation for three NDNBs of  Cisatracurium, Vecuronium, and Rocuronium.
